Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Architect with a passion for creative design, technical precision, and collaborative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with our project leads to develop architectural concepts, design documentation, and 3D visualizations for a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Provide 3D modeling, rendering, and visual design support.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables independently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience working as a freelance or independent architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural work.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Experience with BIM workflows and documentation.
• Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards.
